One parent from each family needs to login to SchoolAdmin by the end of the day on Wednesday, August 31 to sign for the following:

Student-Parent Handbook Acceptance Agreement
Acceptable Use for Internet & Other Resources
Student Pledge for Mobile Device Use
Multimedia Release
Locker Use Agreement (this is where students can request a locker)
Field Trip Permission Form & Medical Release

When you login to SchoolAdmin, click the "Continue Enrollment Process" button and you will find a new check list item: "Acknowledgement, Agreements, and Releases" - click the "Complete Form" button to electronically sign the forms.

Step 2 of the form asks if you would like to Opt In or Opt Out of Bus Transportation - only those families who are utilizing bus service from New Bern or Washington should Opt In.

After school tutoring schedule:

Mondays - English
Tuesdays - Science and Social Studies
Wednesdays - World Language and Theology
Thursdays - Math

Students who do not necessarily need one-on-one tutoring with a teacher but are waiting for practice to start and would like somewhere to complete homework can go to the PAC. We hope that all students will take advantage of this time!

TEEN LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

Sophomores and juniors: applications are now being accepted for the 2022-2023 Greenville-Pitt County Chamber of Commerce Teen Leadership Institute.

Questions? Contact Ms. Blanton. Applications are due to her by September 15 at 3:00 p.m.

Support the school by signing up for Club Publix, click Publix Partners, and select John Paul II Catholic High School. Then enter your phone number or use pay with the Publix app every time you check out and Publix makes a contribution to our school.

CHANGE FOR VENDING MACHINES

Students: If you would like to use the vending machines, please plan to bring dollar bills or change with you to school. The main office can not make change.

STUDENT ANNUAL ATHLETIC PASSES NOW AVAILABLE

There are more than 20 home ticketed athletic events just this fall - but students can attend all of them - as well as all winter and spring home games - for the price of only 7 games by purchasing an annual athletic pass for $50.

A reminder that the gate at our home athletic events is cashless. All tickets to home games can be found using the "Tickets" link in the top right-hand corner of jp2sports.com. We recommend families download the Hometown Ticketing app to easily locate and purchase tickets.

Baseball weightlifting workouts will begin on Tuesday, September 6. Workouts will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30-4:30. This is for baseball players who are NOT participating in a fall sport.
