WE NEED A HOST FAMILY FOR FYNN!
Fynn is a 10th grade student from Germany who would like to spend the upcoming school year at JPII, but we need a host family for him! Fynn says, "One of my main reasons for wanting to spend a year in the United States is to improve my English skills, but I'm equally fascinated by American culture and daily life. As a young German, I can only imagine what American routines and traditions are like, and I'm eager to experience both the differences and similarities firsthand. Additionally, I'm looking forward to the opportunity to enhance my basketball skills. The U.S. is home to some fo the world's best players, and basketball is more than just a passion for me, it's a core part of who I am." |

Host families receive a stipend in exchange for providing a loving environment, a room to live in, meals, and transportation to school. The students will cover most of their expenses, including school tuition, health insurance, phone plan, etc, while in the USA. Families who receive financial aid can fulfill ALL of their service-to-school hours by hosting an international student. If you are interested in hosting Fynn or learning about other possible students who need a host family, please email Doug Smith. |

The form to submit Works of Mercy hours has moved to a Google Form and, instead of getting a digital signature from the event coordinator when completing the hours, students will upload a selfie of themselves showing them performing the works of mercy. We hope this makes it easier for students to submit their hours! |
