The ECU Miller School of Entrepreneurship is hosting a week-long entrepreneurial program to learn the basics of entrepreneurship and how to launch a business idea. Rising 9th-12th graders can take advantage of this FREE opportunity (with lunch provided!) July 21st-25th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day. The Monday-Friday camp will conclude with student presentations during the Friday Showcase. This year, the winning team will receive a cash prize at the final-day Trade Show Event and all participants will be able to apply for an ECU-based scholarship should they choose to pursue a degree at ECU. The camp is completely free, but spots are limited to only 30 students. The deadline to apply is June 11th! |

Both teens, visiting and hosting, will have a schedule of fun activities, service projects, day trips, trips to Washington D.C. and Busch Gardens, attending church services, time of discoveries, and more. Visiting teens can share a bedroom with the host teen. Most days will be dropping off in the morning and picking up in the evening. Help with drop off and pick up is available. The project is free of charge and provides service hours. Families can express interest via email or by calling Silvia Frizzelle at 252-258-5963. |
