Dear JPII family,

I hope you all are enjoying time with your family on this Labor Day weekend. I am happy to report that we had another great week at JPII! Teachers were busy bringing review of previous concepts to a close and beginning new material with your children. Please make sure that you are checking in with your children in regard to their upcoming assignments and assessments. We want all of our JPII Saints to have the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities per our academic requirements.

On Wednesday, we will launch our advisory schedule. The advisory period will give your child the opportunity to be involved in clubs, student services programming, and other extracurricular events within the school day. Advisory rooms will be organized by grade to provide direct communication to students by grade. We are excited to launch this Wednesday schedule and look forward to our student life continuing to grow!

The JPII COVID Committee continues to monitor the trends of COVID within our community. We thank you for your continued support of our indoor mask requirement and for being proactive with testing if your child is not feeling well. In closing, we ask that parents log in to Blackbaud and complete a COVID-19 Vaccination Survey for each student (the process is the same as the school forms). This information will best help us continue face-to-face education as we see COVID cases rising in our community.
